Clarifying article request

I'm considering asking if the user wants a full article summary or analysis. I realize we can't browse unless it's allowed, but network access is enabled by default, so I should clarify that I don't need to browse for this. It might be best to give a brief explanation and inquire whether they’d like a summary, background, or analysis.

I'll also remember to follow the CLI formatting rules while preparing the concise analysis!
